In een bedding van rust\, natuur en de aanwezigheid van het paard\, keer je terug naar jouw innerlijke stroom — het punt waarop jouw lichaam\, energie en intuïtie weer op één lijn komen.\n\nHet paard is in dit proces geen spiegel\, maar een resonantieveld. Het laat zien wat vastzit\, wat stroomt\, wat nog wacht om werkelijk gezien te worden. Niet door woorden\, maar door pure lichaamstaal\, subtiele bewegingen en energetische signalen die rechtstreeks met jouw systeem communiceren.\n\nIn deze sessie of reeks:\n•Breng je bewustzijn naar je lijf\, adem en innerlijke ritme.\n•Ontvang je een resonantie-reactie van het paard op dat wat jij (onbewust) uitzendt.\n•Word je begeleid in het vrijmaken van spanning\, oude patronen of mentale ruis.\n•Krijg je ruimte om je eigen waarheid te voelen — zonder oordeel\, zonder verwachting.\n\n✨ Tijdens deze avond nemen we je ook mee in een Movement Medicine dans\, waarbij we bewust bewegen en de zachte weerspiegeling van het paard integreren. Deze dans helpt je om alles wat je tijdens de reading hebt gevoeld en ontvangen\, via beweging te integreren. We eindigen met een kundalini activatie/relaxatie om de ervaring te laten versmelten in al jouw lagen van bewustzijn.
