Meditation & Pranayama


Regular practice of pranayama expands our lung capacity, increases vitality and brings about balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems which relates to our fight or flight reactions. Conscious breathing patterns boosts our immunity, frees us of anxiety and depression and addictive patterns and behaviour.

Meditation is for everyone. It uses the inherent self-sensory system, the mind, and the body.  Through the use of refined patterns, meditation creates a communication between you and your mind, and between your mind and your body. Generally speaking, meditation makes you feel great. With regular practice it will relieve years of built-up stress and anxiety so you can be the person you truly are … at home and at work.  It will allow the best of you to “shine through”.
